The aim of Gear X was to increase sales of their products online and gather data regarding customer preference and Net promoter Score.
What Cleinsight did
Cleinsight integrated a survey form on Gear X’s website where visitors can provide input and earn discounts on their purchases. The process gave Gear X three benefits. The sales increased by 20% from previous months. The discount offer increased customers’ interest, increasing website visitor numbers and contributing to the sales increase. Secondly, over 2000 zero-party data points were collected regarding visitors’ thoughts about GearX and its products. Information regarding customer preference and net promoter score helped Gear X understand what their customers want to purchase and how they feel about their online shopping experience. Thirdly, the participant’s information was helpful for retargeting on social media easily. Pre-formatted forms can easily be imported into the advertising platform. Data collected can be directly analyzed and graphically presented on the Cleinsight dashboard through cross-tab analysis along with basic mean median and mode.
